CEC'2004 (Portland, Oregon, USA), June 2004.

In June, 2004, Dr. Coello traveled to Portland, Oregon, USA, to attend the 2004 Congress on Evolutionary Computation (CEC'2004) where he had a tutorial on evolutionary multiobjective optimization. Portland is a beautiful city and the timing couldn't be better, since it was full of colorful flowers. Unfortunately, and due to other committments, Dr. Coello couldn't spend too long in Portland, since he had to attend another conference in Calgary, Canada. However, the three days spent in Portland, were highly enjoyable for him.
