On September, 2004, Dr. Coello attended the Dagstuhl-Seminar on "Practical Approaches to Multi-Objective Optimization", which was
organized by Jürgen Branke, Kalyanmoy Deb, Kaisa Miettinen and Ralph E. Steuer.
The seminar took place at the International Conference and Research Center for Computer Science in Schloss
Dagstuhl. The location is breath-taking, since the old part of the building is a former castle. The weather was somewhat
cold (there was snow at least one day during the week), but pleasant.
Below, you will find several pictures taken during the event. Some of them capture to some of the leading experts in
multiobjective optimization in the world (both in the "classical" and in the "heuristic" side).
The seminar was really memorable, and Dr. Coello hopes to be able to attend another one in the future.
