At the beginning of April, 2008, Dr. Carlos A. Coello Coello delivered a keynote speech at the First International Mechatronics Conference, which took place in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, in southern Mexico. Being a native from Chiapas, Dr. Coello always enjoys traveling there.
