On February 26th, 2019, Edgar Manoatl Lopez successfully defended
his PhD thesis entitled "Design of Multi-Objective Memetic Algorithms
using Graphical Processing Units".
The jury consisted of: Dr. Antonin Sebastien Ponsich (from UAM
Azcapotzalco), Dr. Gregorio Toscano Pulido (from Cinvestav Tamaulipas),
Dr. Cuauhtemoc Mancillas López (from CINVESTAV-IPN), Dra.
Sonia Guadalupe Mendoza Chapa (from CINVESTAV-IPN) and Dr. Carlos A.
Coello Coello (Edgar's advisor).
