PhD Defense of Efrén Mezura Montes

On December 7th, 2004, Efrén Mezura Montes successfully defended his PhD thesis entitled "Alternative Techniques to Handle Constraints in Evolutionary Optimization".

The PhD jury consisted of: Dr. Andrés Gómez de Silva Garza (from ITAM), Dr. Arturo Hernández Aguirre (from CIMAT), Dr. Luis Gerardo de la Fraga (from CINVESTAV-IPN), Dr. Francisco José Rambó Rodríguez Henríquez (from CINVESTAV-IPN), and Dr. Carlos A. Coello Coello (Efren's advisor).
