In November, 2002, Dr. Coello organized the presentation of the book Evolutionary Algorithms for Solving Multi-Objective Problems, in Mexico. The presentation took place at CINVESTAV-IPN. The main presenters of the book were Dr. Arturo Hernández Aguirre (from CIMAT), Dr. Katya Rodríguez Vázquez (from IIMAS-UNAM) and Dr. Carlos Brizuela Rodríguez (from CICESE). Dr. Coello also talked briefly about the conception of the book. After the presentation, there was a small reception for those who attended the event.
