In October, 2008, Dr. Carlos A. Coello Coello traveled to Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, in northern Mexico, to deliver a keynote speech at the Second International Conference on Industrial, Mechatronics and Manufacturing Engineering (CIIMM'2008).
